June 6th - 9:00 to 5:00pm only, Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, or not having shipping arrangements made by Pickup Day, will be considered abandoned & forfeited, with no refunds. Pickup Location is in Latimer, IA., Address will be provided to winning Bidders on their Invoice. As this is an Off-Site Auction, all items must be picked up on June 6th - NO EXCEPTIONS! BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD YOUR PURCHASES PLEASE. By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions. Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction. If you do not pay for your items or fail to come pick them up you willbe barred from bidding with us on future auctions.
