All firearm buyers need a permit to purchase or carry, or be able to pass a background check with the FFL. All out of state buyers that need shipping, will have firearms shipped to your FFL in your state to be picked up. Everything sold as is / where is. Any guarentees made are between seller and buyers. 15% Buyers Premium on all purchases.
