* Bidder inspection is encouraged. PUBLIC PRE-VIEW Friday January 12, 2024 @ 4:00 - 7:00 PM CST at 700 Fair Street Algona, Ia 50511 (Kossuth County Fairgrounds 4-H Bldg, West side of grounds)
* This auction ENDS Sunday January 14, 2024 Lots Start to soft close at 2:00 PM CST
* PICK UP Tuesday January 16, 2024 3:00PM - 6:00PM CST
* Shipping available on certain lots. Read DESCRIPTION to determine is shipping is available or not.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the lot.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. NO Returns.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* Credit Card information at time of registration is for verification purposes. Only charged if SHIPPING is required
* Buyer's premium rate charged. 15% Buyers fee EXCEPT Lot's# 28a, 28b, 28c BP will be 10%
* Payment types that are accepted. Check, Cash or credit card : Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card ONLY
* 4% additional fee for Credit/Debit card for each time its used
* ALL items must be picked up on stated date & time unless other arrangements have been made with Sifert Auction Service prior to pickup day. If not picked up your item(s) will be forfeited back to Sifert Auction Service & The bidder will still be charged for the invoice total on the CC on file
* If NOT picked up on specified pick up date/time you will be charged additional storage fee of $15.00 per day.
* Winning bidders are responsible to BRING ADEQUATE HELP with you to load your item(s). Bring your own tie downs, rope, totes, boxes, packing material etc, NO BOXES available, No loading assitance will be available.
* No returns or refunds for any reason
* NO credit card/debit card charge backs allowed . This will result in you being banned from future auctions.
* Failure to pay OR pickup for your item(s) will result in you being banned from future auctions.
* If your item(s) are not picked up, it will be forfeited back to Sifert Auction Service.
* For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
