All equipment needs to be removed by the end of business December 22, 2023 we do not intend to move snow from the machinery isles this winter. The lot will reopen in March for our spring sale. We would appreciate all machinery being moved out.

Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Invoicing An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Please contact us at (800) 373-2255 if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Payment Successful bidders must contact Hallberg Auction within 24 hours after receiving their invoice to confirm their method of payment. Payment must be received within 7 days after the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 7 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all moneys. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Hallberg Auction. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed within 3 weeks of the conclusion of the auction, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. Returned Check Fees A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions. Online bidders may make payment in person or by mail to our office at 2409 Hwy 9, Buffalo Center, IA after conclusion of the auction. Auction company will try to accomodate buyers wishing to wire transfer by calling 800-373-2255.
Pick-up only, items will NOT be shipped, please do not bid on this auction if you are not able to pick up. Friday December 22 will be the last day the lot will be open for machinery load out. We will not move snow from the machinery area this winter. The lot will reopen in March.
