Any item not picked up at the check out date and time provided will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all rights, title and interest to the property, including all monies from the buyer. If prior pick up arrangements are made, this will not apply. Returned check fees will be assessed a $35 NSF Fee and may result in the bidder being demied acess to future auctions. A 4% fee is added to all credit card transactions.
