1 - Pickup Wednesday 1-6 pm and Thursday from 10-4 at our warehouse at 2316 - 230th Street, Ames, Iowa. Items must be picked up during these times. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping.
2 - Shipping is available only for items that fit in a regular 12x12x8 USPS Priority Box to the US. Please read the item description and look at the pictures, it will state if shipping is not available. Actual shipping via Priority Mail will be charged plus $5 handling. Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for shipping.
3 - If your package value is over $50, additional insurance will be added.
4 - No international shipping is available.
5 - Correct shipping/billing address must be provided in HiBid - buyer is responsible for keeping shipping/billing address updated. Seller is not responsible if items are sent to an incorrect address if Buyer has not updated their shipping/billing address in HiBid.
6 - Seller will only ship to the billing address on file, no exceptions. |

1. All items are sold as is and all sales are final, no returns. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, value or any other determinative factor prior to placing a bid. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not warranted. Seller is not responsible for having made or implied any warranty. Please feel free to contact us PRIOR to bidding with any questions.
2. Online bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other factors. Seller will endeavor to describe to the best of our knowledge but is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description. Please feel free to contact us PRIOR to bidding with any questions.
3. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
4. Some items may be sold with a reserve amount and will not be considered sold if the reserve is not met. Seller reserves the right to withdraw, add or re-catalog items or cancel the auction.
5. Items must be paid in full prior to removal from the auction site.
6. Please note pick up times and days PRIOR to bidding. All items are to be removed on the pickup days noted, unless arrangement is made PRIOR to bidding.
7. Seller reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder.
8. All bidders agree to pay the Buyer’s Premium of 15%.
9. Seller does not provide boxes or wrapping. Please bring your own.
10. Shipping is available to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is by USPS Priority mail. The cost of shipping will be the actual shipping cost plus $5 for handling. Seller will charge the bidders card on file with HiBid for shipping charges.
11. Items not picked up within 7 days, will be forfeited and the bidder will still incur charges to the credit card on file. Please note pickup date, time and location PRIOR to bidding. If items are held longer than 7 days, Tangerine Zebra is not responsible for loss or breakage of items.
