Bidding is INTERNET ONLY. Lots will begin to close in order and will close EVERY 15 SECONDS until the auction is completed. This auction will feature extended bidding, meaning that if a bid is placed in the final MINUTE, the bidding will be extended an additional MINUTE to ensure that everyone has time to place their bids. This will continue until there is no bid for a one minute period.

If you do not receive an invoice in your email after the close of the auction, you did NOT win your items. Also, if you cannot pick up your items on the day specified, have someone else pick up for you or you'll be charged a late pick up fee. Bring help to move furniture please.
