PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED. Shipping charges are calculated after the auction ends based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Your card on file will be charged twice: once for the items (the night of the auction), and again the next day for shipping once it’s calculated. Combined shipping is used whenever possible to save you money. Most orders cost with one item between $9.50 and $13.30 to ship, though larger orders will cost more. Your items will be shipped to the address on file — make sure it’s accurate before the auction ends. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address info. Some items may not be in original boxes, and we do not guarantee box condition. All shipments are insured, and you’ll receive tracking once your package ships (usually within 72 business hours of payment).

Pick up hours are available begining the day after the auction closes with an appointment ONLY In the email after the auction that includes your invoice will also include a link to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. Auction opens 6/16/2026 and will close 6/18/2026 at 7:00 PM PT BUSINESS HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! Shipping is NOT Available. Extended Auctions. In the event that any auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any extended auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such extended auction. 16% buyer's premuim and 8.75% sales tax will be added to all sales. Right after the auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium and state tax. If your card is declined, you have until the following day to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from future bidding with our company. All items must be picked up in 14 days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and sold. There will be NO refunds for the items that are relisted and sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Refund/Return Policy: Customers have 7 days after the auction closes to alert River City Auction's local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New." All “Store Return'', "Out of the Box", "Floor Model" and "Damaged Box" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given to “Store Return'' or "Out of the Box" or "Floor Model" or "Damaged Box" items.
