Inspection and Condition: " All lots are sold in "as is" condition. In-person inspection of items is highly recommended. " If you are unable to inspect items in person, please contact us for a detailed condition report. We are willing to provide additional photographs and information upon request. " Lots are sold as pictured, with many being group lots that will not be separated. The highest bid wins the entire grouping. " By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or have chosen not to personally examine them and accepts the "as is" condition.. B&D Auctions reserves the right to decline any bid or any bidder. Preview and Pickup: " Item preview will be available during the auction period from Wednesday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and on Saturday, the day before sale close, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No appointment is required for preview. " No appointment is necessary for pick-ups. All pickups must be completed within seventy-two (72) hours of the auction's conclusion unless alternative arrangements are made with the auctioneer. " All credit cards on file will be processed on Monday morning following the close of the sale, and invoices will be emailed thereafter.
