WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY ITEMS: Removal Day is Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 320 Fulton St, Morris, IL 60450. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged to each item purchased by cash, check or wire transfer. 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on payments made by credit card. HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you may PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. Check Junk Folder after auction if you did not receive invoice. We do NOT automatically charge credit cards. WHAT DO I NEED AT PICK-UP: Most of the items are located on the ground floor. We plan on having the larger furniture moved into the garage to make it easier. Bring your own labor (muscle) to load heavier items. Lucky Auctions Staff will not (cannot) move heavy items.
