This collection of farm toys is from Ed Singleterry out of Hillsboro ILlinois. Ed work as an equipment salesman for Sievers Equipment for many years. Ed is now offering for sale his IH collection of farm toys to with a few odd brands that he added to his collection over the years. Preview Feb 23rd 4-6PM on location at the Bond County Fairgrounds.

We are please the Kaegy's have entrusted us to market their parents home and farmland of which some of it has been in the Kaegy family for over 100 years. The late Max and Jane Ellen Kaegy raised two boys on this farm. Max purchased the Kaegy farm in the sixties, from his Greandparents where he farmed and rasied hogs while working and then retiring form Southwestern Electric Cooperative. Jane Ellen was a homemaker and a mother raising to fine boys, Kevin and Mike. The home farm consist of 112 Acres of which Mike live on about 7 acres and not selling. There will be 5+/- acres offered for sale as Tract 2(survey to be completed after the auction) consisting of a 2 bedroom 1 bath home, loafing shed, barn and 3400 bu grain bin. This property has a new upgraded meter loop, county water and septic and aboutt 3 acres of tillable land. Tract 1 will be 105 +/- acres with about 70 acres tillable. Farming right for 2026 are presently under contract with 1/3 of the crop income going to the new owner. Tract 3 consisting of 50 +/- acres has been in the family for over 100 years and is mostly tillable, located at Dudleyville and Hunter School Rd Greenville. IL.
