Extended Auctions. In the event that any auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any extended auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such extended auction.
15% buyer's premuim and 8.75% sales tax will be added to all sales.
Right after the auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium and state tax. If your card is declined, you have until the following day to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from future bidding with our company.
All items must be picked up in 14 days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and sold. There will be NO refunds for the items that are relisted and sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner.
Refund/Return Policy:
Customers have 7 days after the auction closes to alert River City Auction's local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New." All “Store Return'', "Floor Model" and "Damaged Box" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given to “Store Return'' or "Floor Model" or "Damaged Box" items.

While most of our products are entirely functional & in near new condition, the items are previously purchased customer returns, meaning some may be incomplete, worn, and/or limited in functionality. This means that if there are any new bids within in the last minute of an item's scheduled closing time, the bidding will be extended by 2 minutes to allow the previous bidder time to respond. *Buyer's Premium: There is a 18% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. Full payment must be made before item pickup. This payment deadline is firm. All invoices must be paid in order of auction date, older invoices must be paid in full before payment is made on newer invoices. ALL items must be paid for in full before pickup.
*All items must be picked up within the dates and times listed on the auction for pickup. Other dates will be given if a Holiday falls within the time period. If the allotted time has passed and the items are still unpaid or not picked up, the unpaid abandoned items will be relisted without a refund. If the allotted time has passed and the Invoice is paid and not picked up, THE PAID INVOICE IS ABANDONED AND WILL BE RELISTED WITHOUT A REFUND. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
