This auction is at our second location in Lexington, KY Won item(s) pickup 2428 Palumbo Drive Suite 140 Lexington, KY 40509 PICKUP OF WON ITEMS THESE DAYS ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS) TUESDAY January 2nd 10:00AM-6:00PM WEDNESDAY January 3rd 10:00AM-6:00PM If you need to make late pickup you will need to call and speak to a manager. If accepted there will be a $5 storage fee and items will only be available for pickup on our next two auction pickups days. The $5 fee will need to be paid in order to retrieve your old auction orders. If your items are not retrieved on the following auction pickup days with storage fee paid we will resale your items without refund to you. We have an ongoing issue with storage space and this policy will be enforced. We reserve the right to deny late pickup to any buyer who abuses this policy. Please call the phone number (859) 303-6357 and we will bring your order out of the door labeled auction pickup. For shipping of items please see below. We can only ship items that are marked for shipping available. You will see a truck icon and it will have a red line through it if shipping is not available. Additionally the description may state "shipping not available". We are only shipping very small items from this location. Most items sold from this location are unavailable for shipping. If something is available for shipping please see below for costs. We charge a $10 handling fee plus exact shipping costs. This $10 will only be charged once for both auctions. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will leave our facility by Wednesday following the weekends auctions. Both auctions will be combined into one box to save you on shipping cost, and we will ship either USPS or Fedex (whichever is cheaper). THIS AUCTION WILL END AT 7:00PM THURSDAY DECEMBER 28th PICKUP OF WON ITEMS THESE DAYS ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS) TUESDAY January 2nd 10:00AM-6:00PM WEDNESDAY January 3rd 10:00AM-6:00PM 15% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waved by providing resell certificate. All items need to be picked up within our two pickup days. Or we can provide shipping (please see shipping faq). Items not picked up on our pickup days will be resold and Bluegrass Bids will keep the proceeds.Please contact us for late pickup days and times. A valid credit card will need to be used to bid on our auction. You can choose to pay cash upon pickup by letting the auction house know prior to your card being charged. Any item that is in non working condition or otherwise defective or damaged, can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
