WE NOW CAN SHIP NATIONWIDE AND LOCALLY!
There will be a 10$ total charge for both nights auctions regardless of amount ordered as a handling fee, plus shipping cost via USPS and FEDEX. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will leave our facility by Wednesday following the weekends auctions. Both auctions will be combined into one box to save you on shipping cost, and we will ship either USPS or Fedex (whichever is cheaper). We do not charge for handling,material, or labor. If your order costs $8 from USPS or FEDEX you will be charged exactly $8. We do get commercial rates which are cheaper then normal shipping rates.

LOCAL PICKUP INFORMATION
Upon arriving at our facility please call us at (859)241-1007 and state your name and invoice number. Our phone number is posted with a large yellow sign on our front door as well. A staff member will then bring your order out to the bay on the left of our facility. You will need to retrieve your order from there. No one is permitted to enter the building. We will have your order ready for pickup when you arrive, so expect a very short wait time.

15% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waved by providing resell certificate.
All items need to be picked up within our two pickup days. Or we can provide shipping (please see shipping faq). Items not picked up those days will be resold for a storage fee Bluegrass Bids will keep. A valid credit card will need to be used to bid on our auction. You can choose to pay cash upon pickup by letting the auction house know prior to your card being charged. When registering click “notes to auctioneer” and specify if you will be paying cash or check or we will use the card on file for payment.

BE SURE TO LOG-IN AND WATCH THE AUCTION CLOSE. 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE AUCTION CLOSE, YOU'LL HAVE THE OPTION TO SELECT "VIEW LIVE CATALOG".THIS WILL GIVE YOU THE ABILITY TO BID AND SEE ALL LOTS CLOSE IN REAL TIME, WITHOUT NEEDING TO REFRESH YOUR BROWSER.

Items not as described or otherwise damaged items not stated in item description- For up to 14 days after purchase, just provide your receipt and for most products, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment or issue a Merchandise Credit.
To be fair to our customers who are reasonable with their returns, we verify that all returns are valid. Returns may be limited or denied based on our return authorization system & a database of consumer activity that a third party uses to track purchases/returns and to authorize or deny returns to help protect against excessive, fraudulent or otherwise not permitted returns. You may be required to present a valid photo ID that may be retained in a secure, encrypted database, where permitted by law. Bluegrass Bids reserves the right to refuse any return.

If you need to make late pickup you will need to call and speak to a manager. If accepted there will be a $10 storage fee and items will only be available for pickup on our next two auction pickups days. The $10 fee will need to be paid in order to retrieve your old auction orders. If your items are not retrieved on the following auction pickup days with storage fee paid we will resale your items without refund to you. We have an ongoing issue with storage space and this policy will be enforced.

Items not picked up on our pickup days or our late pickup days will be resold without any refund to the buyer. Please contact us for late pickup days and times. We will always try to work with our buyers that have emergencies. We reserve the right to deny late pickup to any buyer who abuses this policy.

We try our best to test and validate our items before listing them for sale. Any item that is in non working condition or otherwise defective or damaged, can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
