Our phone number is posted with a large yellow sign on our front door as well. A staff member will then bring your order out to the bay on the left of our facility. You will need to retrieve your order from there. No one is permitted to enter the building. We will have your order ready for pickup when you arrive, so expect a very short wait time. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waved by providing resell certificate. All items need to be picked up within our two pickup days. If accepted there will be a $5 storage fee and items will only be available for pickup on our next two auction pickups days. The $5 fee will need to be paid in order to retrieve your old auction orders. If your items are not retrieved on the following auction pickup days with storage fee paid we will resale your items without refund to you. We have an ongoing issue with storage space and this policy will be enforced. We reserve the right to deny late pickup to any buyer who abuses this policy.
