Location: VFW Post #6049, 309 McKinley St, Morris, IL 60450 Parking: In addition to the parking lot, there is street parking down McKinley St and plenty on High St. Avoid parking in front of Laundromat and Car Wash (you may be towed). On-site Bidding Only. No Online Bidding. Auction Terms: - All Federal & State Gun Laws/ holding periods apply. - Must have a FOID card and ID to bid on firearms and ammunition. - 10% Buyers Premium applied to all transactions. - Accepting Cash, Credit Card, or IL Check on day of auction. There is no additional credit card transaction fee. - There is a full 3-day holding period for all guns. The 72-hour Waiting Period will begin after the buyer fills out a 4473 Transfer Form at the MMI Guns location and their background check has been run. It does NOT begin the day of the auction. - MMI Guns, Minooka IL will be handling the Firearms Transfer. sales@mmiguns.com - (815) 467-9123. The orange door in the alley next to BMO Bank, 205 W Mondamin St Unit B, Minooka, IL 60447. - There is a $25 transfer fee (no tax), payable to MMI Guns, when you fill out the transfer paperwork at their location. Buyer does NOT pay this fee at the auction. Buyer must go to MMI, in person, to fill out a 4473 Transfer Form and bring their paid receipt. The same person must also be the one picking up the firearms after the waiting period. - Every item is being sold "AS IS"; there are absolutely no returns or reimbursements under any circumstances. - Sale day announcements take precedence over printed material. - This is a LIVE auction, must be present to bid. NO online bidding. - All firearms and ammo will be available to view, in person, the day of the auction. - There will be NO personal firearms or conceal/carry allowed at the auction. - Richard A.
