1. Registration: Discounted Goods Registration: a. Participants must register prior to the auction and provide accurate personal information. b. Bidders must provide valid identification and contact information. c. The auction DG Auctions reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration at their discretion. d. Upon successful registration, bidders will receive a unique bidder number or paddle. 2. Bidding: a. All Biddings will be taking place online and offline via text message. b. Bids are binding and cannot be retracted once submitted. c. DG Auctions has the right to accept or reject any bid at their discretion. d. The DG Auctions may set a starting bid or reserve price for items, and may increment bids by predetermined amounts. 3. Buyer's Premium and Tax: a. A buyer's premium and tax may apply, which is an additional fee calculated as a percentage of the final bid price. b. The buyer's premium and tax will be added to the final bid price to determine the total purchase price. 4. Payment: a. Payment for purchased items must be made in full within 48hrs. b. Accepted payment methods, such as cash, credit card, debit or etransfer, will be specified. c. Failure to make payment within 48hrs may result in the cancellation of the purchase and potential additional storage fees or penalties. 5. Condition of Items: a. All items are sold "as is/ where is" and Discounted Goods does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or suitability of any item. b. Participants are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding and assume all responsibility for their purchase. c. Any descriptions or statements provided regarding items are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as warranties or guarantees. d. All Sales are FINAL "NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE". 6. Withdrawal and Disputes: a. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any item from the auction at any time, before or during bidding. b. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer's decision is final and binding. 7. Collection, Delivery and Shipping: a. Buyers are responsible for collecting purchased items within FIVE (5) days or the item will be listed for next auction with NO REFUNDS. b. Shipping and delivery arrangements, if available, may be provided by the auctioneer at the buyer's expense. c. Shipping and delivery day, shipping and delivery is done once a week on Wednesdays. 8. Liability: a. Participants attend and participate in the auction at their own risk. b. The auctioneer and its employees or agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur during the auction. 9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta. b. Any disputes arising from the auction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
