Returned items may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon re-entry into Canada, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out prior to purchase if you have any questions. In light of the unprecedented and highly volatile fluctuations in the gold and silver markets, we are temporarily suspending our standard return and refund privileges. This measure is necessary due to the extraordinary market conditions, which have created significant pricing instability beyond our control. Additionally, as we approach the busy holiday season, the risk of delays or losses in return shipments is notably higher. To avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings, we kindly ask for your understanding as we make this temporary adjustment to our policy. To protect buyers’ and consignors’ interests, some lots may carry modest reserves that may be waived with consignor approval, while our price guarantee and one-week return guarantee for a full refund of the hammer price remain applicable, subject to stated terms.
