Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Cosens Auctions, HiBid or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Purchasers must pick up items at designated and posted pick up times. If the scheduled pick up time is not suitable, other reasonable times must be organized prior to bidding.
