By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to all Terms and Conditions and agrees that these Terms and Conditions are binding for any and all transactions with 4Bidding Inc.
Sale Prices
4Bidding cannot guarantee any sale price of any Personal Property in a public auction format. 4Bidding agrees to use its professional skill, knowledge, and experience to the best advantage of both parties in preparing for and conducting the online auction. 4Bidding will act solely as an agent in any transaction.
Registration
Registration for any auction is 100% free, however, bidders are required to register and create a user name and password. Furthermore, bidders must be eighteen years old or older to register, and all information provided to 4Bidding must be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders may be banned from participation in any auction indefinitely for providing false information.
Items Are Sold “As Is” and “Where Is”
All items on any of auction site are sold “As Is” and “Where Is”. Our best efforts are made to accurately represent any given item within the description and photographs contained in each lot.
No responsibility is assumed by 4Bidding or the seller for any errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the safety or regulatory compliance of any item, which may include electronic, electrical, infant and child products. Every bidder can arrange for an in-person preview or request additional information and/or photos prior to placing a bid should they wish to clarify any aspect of the lot.
All Sales Are Final
All bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final. All items on the auction are subject to 4Bidding’s acceptance or rejection of the highest bid. Bidders agrees that 4Bidding may terminate the purchase, in which case 4Bidding’s only liability shall be the return of any monies paid by bidder towards that item for the item itself.
Invoice Payment Options
All payments are calculated in Canadian Currency and include a Buyer's Premium of 15%.

On-site - we accept debit, cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express at the time of pickup. We offer both tap and swipe card payments.

** PLEASE NOTE**
You did have to use a credit card to register as a customer on Hibid. In order to provide our customers with the wide range of payment options mentioned above, we do not charge this credit card automatically for your purchase.
All payments must be in Canadian Funds. If a bidder places a bid and that bid is determined to be the winning bid, the bidder is obligated to pay for the item(s) that they have won at the price they bid, plus any applicable taxes, and buyers premium.
All winning bidders will receive an e-mail with an attached invoice from 4bidding.com after the auction closes. Any bidder who fails to carry through with a purchase will be banned from any further use of this site and may be subject to legal action.
Scheduled Pickup Times
After an online auction closes, book a pickup time for the item(s) you have won. Use the “Book Your Pickup Time Online” link at 4Bidding.com, and follow the prompts.
Do NOT BID if you are unable to pick up your lot(s) at the published pickup date, time and place.
Items not taken will be considered abandoned.
Alternate Pickup TImes Required? Requests to hold items for an alternate pickup day must be made in advance of placing a bid, and will be considered on a case by case basis. If approved , there will be a fee of $20 added to your invoice, and the invoice must be paid in full. NO loading help will be offered if pickup is being made on an alternate date.
If you ask after the auction closes, the administration fee will be $40
Abandoned Items
Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times, or paid for if shipping is required, will be considered an abandoned item. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. If you abandon an item, you are still responsible to pay for it, plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose of the item. Refusal to do so will result in prohibition from bidding in any further 4Bidding auctions.
Auction Changes
All aspects of any auction are subject to change without notice. 4Bidding reserves the right to, at any time: add/remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule the sale of an individual item, lot, auction, and/or auction event, inspection, or removal times, or take any other action the 4Bidding deems necessary to effect the fair conduct of this sale or for the protection of bidders’, sellers’, or other parties’ interests.
In the event a seller withdraws an item from this auction prior to the close of the auction, 4Bidding may leave the item on the catalog and buy the item back on behalf of the seller.
If bidder has a dispute with one or more users, bidder release 4Bidding and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, employees, and parent companies from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Indemnification
Any bidder, Consignor, The Property, and any agent acting on behalf of the current legal owner will hold harmless and indemnify 4Bidding against any and all claims and actions arising out of the participation with this agreement including, without limitation, expenses, judgements, fines, settlements, and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from the 4Bidding's participation.
