Any Items not picked up on the day of pickup with incur storage charges and will only be held for 2 weeks after the auction closing. Each lot is sold AS IS & WHERE IS. There are items that may need unknown repairs etc. Even items that owners represent as running order may need maintenance work - Buyer Beware.
