Successful Bidders are responsible for picking up or request shipping for their items within the week following the auction close. Krown Deals and Auctions is not responsible for items that have not been picked up within the week following the auction close. If the time period for pick/requesting shipping has passed, then Krown Deals reerves the right to dispose or resell the items without refund. --------------------------------------------------------------- PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF PURCHASE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT IS MADE. All orders will be charged to the credit card used at the time of registration right after the auction concludes. --------------------------------------------------------------- We reserve the right to add or/and remove any lots while the auction is running. --------------------------------------------------------------- All items that we are NOT able to ship will be identified in the Lot Description. It is your responsibility to be aware of any items we cant ship, before placing your bid. --------------------------------------------------------------- Please specify if you will require shipping or not in the notes section. Shipping inside Mississauga will be a flat fee of $30 and outside of Mississauga will be quoted based on location. --------------------------------------------------------------- We will ship all items on Sunday following the auction close, and after the payment has been received. --------------------------------------------------------------- Descriptions of items will include any known defects or damages. Most items have been tested (where possible) however due to the nature of this platform, all sales are final. --------------------------------------------------------------- Your Credit Card information will be used for verification purposes only at the time of Registration. Successful Bidders will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice for any amount owing within one hour of Auction close. Invoice amount owing is to be paid , in full, within 24 hours of Auction completion. --------------------------------------------------------------- All items are AS IS and are FINAL SALE. Returns are only accepted if the item does not match description, or does not work. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item by email krownauctions@gmail.com and we will infom you on the necessary steps to return the item.
