1. All items sold "As is where is." Items are guaranteed to be authentic unless noted as such. Do not necessarily take information written on holders as accurate. Ask if you have questions.
2. We try to provide quality images so you can determine condition, but they are not a warranty.
3. There are scheduled times to view the items locally. All prospective buyers are encouraged to view the items personally to determine condition, identity and authenticity.
4. If you bid on an item, it is expected that the buyer is satisfied with the description.
5. NAS Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid.
6. The bidder understands that there could be up to15% GST/HST added to their invoice, depending on location.
7. The bidder understands that there will be a 12.5% buyer premium added to their invoice.
8. All invoices will be emailed after the auction's close along with the pickup location, hours of operation and payment option details.
9. All items should be paid for within 7 days of the auction close unless other arrangements are made. Everything is to be shipped, but local bidders may be able to arrange for local pick-up by contacting the auction house. If you have questions, ask. We will need a precise time/date for pick-up.

Bidders who require items to be shipped understand that, unless other arrangements are made, tracked shipping and handling charges will be added to their invoice and accept responsibility for the condition of the delivery. If tracked shipping is not selected, NAS Auctions is not liable for lost packages. All buyers that require items to be shipped may be charged a $5 handling fee on top of shipping. US bidders should note that International shipping from Canada can be relatively pricey. We ship as fast as we can, usually the week after the auction close. Feel free to inquire before bidding. Also, we don't have access to credit cards on file with HiBid.
11. Buyers are responsible for making all arrangements for the pickup of merchandise.
12. All Sales Are Final. Items that have not been paid for within 2 weeks of auction close may be entered into a future auction or returned to the consignor. Your buyer priviledges may also be suspended.
13. Returns will be accepted by absentee bidders for lots that have been misattributed or incorrectly catalogued only.
