Pontiac Motor Division produced the 2+2 model in limited numbers, one of approximately 600 built, and the convertible edition was even more scarce. The example here can be driven and enjoyed in it’s present state or can be taken to the next level by improving the areas that are currently showing wear and age. The older paint exhibits blisters and imperfections in numerous areas and the chrome is presentable, but also showing signs of age. The interior exhibits some wear & tear including a split in the drivers seat cushion, a cracked steering wheel and a drivers-side arm rest that is worn. The dash pad is in nice shape as is the convertible top that was replaced 4-5 years ago. There is a small frame repair just ahead of the rear axle on both sides, the trunk pan has been repaired and the rear valence is missing. The car is fairly well optioned including 350 cubic inch V8, automatic transmission, p/s, p/b, p/top, p/w buckets & console, 15 inch wheels, front disc brakes and factory dual exhaust. The quarter windows are in need of attention and it is reported that the right-rear needs a power window switch but the motors work on both side. The left-rear quarter-window weather strip has come away from the channel. Brakes were replaced in 2022. VIN # 7686791130738
