By bidding on an item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction and acceptance of the items being bid on. Climax Equipment Inc. does not verify the authenticity of mileage/hours, nor do we verify the operational condition of the odometer/hours meter. We report what is shown on the meter at the time of listing. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge. Applicable sales tax will be applied. No Sales tax to be paid on Farm Equipment. Sales Tax Exemptions for Exporters: If you have no business interest in Canada and reside in the US, you can hire an independent third-party contractor to load and deliver the equipment to you. In that event, A BILL OF LADING IS REQUIRED from the contract hauler. No items will be released without this document.
