Soft Close: Means that the auction closes each item at individual intervals. Doing this is able to prevent a bidder from 'sniping' or "stealing" an item. All bids made within the closing minutes of the auction will cause the auction to extend the bidding on an specific item for an additional 5 minutes. This will continue until the bidders no longer continue to bid on the specific item. You are responsible for your purchases; once you buy ("win") it-its yours. (therefore you must make arrangements to come pay for and pick up your items on pick up days that are POSTED or pay a storage fee of $5.00 CAD per item per day. Payments: Please make your payments no more than 7 days from the day of the closed auction.
