By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 2. The auctioneer shall have the right to accept or reject any bid. In all cases the auctioneer's decision shall be final. 3. in the case of system failures, NHMRS reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the webcast portion of the auction. 4. The auction is held in Canadian funds (CAD). 5. All purchases at this charity auction are tax exempt. 6. No buyer's premium will be applied to this auction. 7. Full payment of all items is required prior to release of goods. 8. Online payment by credit card only. In-person payment options include credit and debit card, cash, and cheques with proper ID. 9. Unless paid by in-person payment options, purchases will be charged to the credit card which was provided at the time of registration. This charge will occur on the day of the auction after the auction has ended. 10. Costs for shipping, insurance, customs, or duty are the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser will be solely responsible for any loss or damage not covered by insurance. 11. Successful online bidders will be contacted to arrange for pickup or shipping of their purchase.
