MICHIGAN BIDDERS: If you are purchasing a handgun and do not have a CPL, you MUST go to your local law enforcement agency to acquire the require License to Purchase (LTP). We cannot process your handgun purchase without the new LTP. Even with the LTP, we will still require all buyers to complete a 4473 and we will submit a NICS background check. - US Bidders only. - All buyers will be required to fill out a Form 4473 unless the gun is black powder or air rifle. - NICS background checks will be conducted on ALL guns unless you are an FFL. - A Michigan CPL no longer expempts you from a full NICS Check per a letter sent to all Michigan FFL's from the ATF on March 3, 2020. We must run a NICS check even if you have your MI CPL. No exceptions. - Trigger locks will be available. - Out of state buyers who pass the NICS check will be able to take their long guns home with them. - For out of state buyers, handguns will be shipped to your local FFL dealer for transfer unless you have a FFL. - All guns are sold in as-is condition. We do NOT guarantee the make, model, caliber, or working condition of any firearm. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that there are no issues with the gun. - $10 fee per firearm for shipping plus the actual cost of packing and shipping. -We will not ship to states with laws preventing the import of any specific firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
