Bid live in real-time from your phone or computer during the online simulcast on Saturday, April 27 starting at 10am. There will be no in-person bidding for this auction. All bids must be submitted through the online platform. You will be able to listen to the auctioneer calling bids just like a live auction. There is no timer, no time extensions, etc... We will open Lot 1 at 10am, accept bids from our bidders, then sell that lot and move to Lot 2. Pickup of firearms will be at the Leslie Event Center on Monday and Tuesday April 29 & 30 by appointment only. NICS checks will be required on all applicable firearms unless you are a licensed FFL. Due to the new Michigan Firearm laws and paperwork requirements, we will be charging a $20 fee for each background check regardless of the number of firearms you purchase. Please bring cash for that. Shipping is available. $10 fee for per firearm plus the cost of shipping, packing, and materials. We will only ship firearms to FFL's or to collectors holding a C&R for qualifying firearms. MICHIGAN BIDDERS: If you are purchasing a handgun and do not have a CPL, you MUST go to your local law enforcement agency to acquire the require License to Purchase (LTP). We cannot process your handgun purchase without the new LTP. Even with the LTP, we will still require all buyers to complete a 4473 and we will submit a NICS background check. - US Bidders only. - All buyers will be required to fill out a Form 4473 unless the gun is black powder or air rifle. - NICS background checks will be conducted on ALL guns unless you are an FFL. - A Michigan CPL no longer expempts you from a full NICS Check per a letter sent to all Michigan FFL's from the ATF on March 3, 2020. We must run a NICS check even if you have your MI CPL. No exceptions. - Trigger locks will be available. - Out of state buyers who pass the NICS check will be able to take their long guns home with them. - For out of state buyers, handguns will be shipped to your local FFL dealer for transfer unless you have a FFL. - All guns are sold in as-is condition. We do NOT guarantee the make, model, caliber, or working condition of any firearm. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that there are no issues with the gun. - $10 fee per firearm for shipping plus the actual cost of packing and shipping. -We will not ship to states with laws preventing the import of any specific firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
