Pick up hours are available begining the day after the auction closes with an appointment ONLY In the email after the auction that includes your invoice will also include a link to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. Auction opens 4/30/2023 and will close THURSDAY 5/2/2024 at 7:00 PM ET BUSINESS HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! Shipping is NOT Available. Extended Auctions. In the event that any auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any extended auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such extended auction. 13% buyer's premuim and 7.0% sales tax will be added to all sales. Right after the auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium and state tax. If your card is declined, you have around 3 days to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from further bidding with our company. All items must be picked up in 14 days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and sold. There will be NO refunds for the items that are relisted and sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Refund/Return Policy: Customers have 14 days after the auction closes to alert River City Auction's local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New." All “Store Return'' and "Floor Model" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given to “Store Return'' and "Floor Model" items.

This Auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. If it is a customer return it will be noted in the listing. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence.

The auction will begin soft close at 6:30 PM on MONDAY, May 6th. The items will then begin to close staggered at 20 second intervals for about the next two hours. Auctions are weekly out of Windsor, Ontario, with both shipping and pick up option from Windsor, Ontario. Pick-up is available once the purchase invoice and pick-up details have been sent by e-mail and a pick-up timeslot is scheduled by the customer through our online scheduling software. We do our best to check the condition and rate it and verify parts/overall functionality. Many items are brand new, demo models or slightly used, however we do not guarantee that all parts are there and that the items are in perfect or working condition and all sales are as-is. Please bid with this in mind. The condition categories we go by are as follows based on visual checks: RETAIL: Item is visually brand new and is considered retail grade. Please note that the item inside could be retail ready, but if the packaging has minor imperfections we will do our best to declare those. NEW: Item is in visually new condition, has all of its parts and has no signs of use. The item may or may not have been taken out of its original box. The item may or may not have been handled or been out for retailer display. DEMO (LIKE NEW): Item may or may not have been used. It may or may not have small marks or dust particles from being touched or handled. It may or may not have its original box. If it has been used, then the item is is most likely in visually "like new" condition (at the very least it is in "excellent used condition"). USED: Item functions as it is intended to but it shows that it has been under long term use. Any parts that are missing will be declared to the best of our knowledge. It could have signs of wear and likely has been very gently used. Descriptions will be provided if we have notes and to the best of our ability, such as missing bolt, minor handling, moderate handling, cracked lid, etc. SALVAGE: This includes items that need anything from minor to major repairs. This also includes items where repairs may not be possible and can only be used for parts. The retail value for these items is listed as $0. All salvage items are sold As-Is with no option for returns. No exceptions. AS-IS: Anything sold as-is has no option for returns. No exceptions. Payment methods include online payment (only debit, VISA/Mastercard), electronic money transfer or Cash. Debit/credit machine is available for in person pickups. All purchases are in Canadian dollars (CAD$) and are subject to a 16.5% buyers premium and 13% HST. **PLEASE NOTE: Online payment or in store purchases by debit or credit card is subject to a 3% processing fee. Pickup must be within 5 days of the auction closing date. Any invoices not picked up within the timeframe may be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. AuctionHaeus and Liquidation Centre reserves the right to retain any items that are associated to invoices which have not been paid within the 5 business days. In the event that we cancel an invoices you will be charged a 16.5% cancellation fee, with a minimum $5. Any invoices and/or fees that are overdue by at least 10 business days may be sent to a third party collection service. Those requiring shipping: please specify so in your registration form. Further instructions will follow as part of your invoice. We pack/ship by the following Thursday. You will have to pay your invoice first and you will receive a shipping estimate by the following Thursday. You may also request the dimensions and weight to arrange for your own shipping. Please note all shipping invoices will have a $5 handling fee added. This handling fee will NOT be removed even in the event that you choose to pick up instead. Return and Exchange Policy: AuctionHaeus sells all items "As-is, where is", meaning the item you purchase is sold in its current state where it is. We ONLY accept returns if the item does not work as described and if an exchange is unavailable. Items that have declared imperfections, missing parts, problems etc. are sold as-is with no return or exchange options whatsoever. Any return/exchange must be authorized by management and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization. A return request must be sent within 2 days from pick up date or within 5 business days from the auction closing date, whichever is sooner. Those who have their invoice(s) shipped to them must send any return requests within 24 hours of package delivery confirmation. Any authorized returns are given back in the form of auction credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items specifically listed as "AS-IS" condition can not be returned for a credit or returned for any reason. Refunds and credits are at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. All advertised memberships/promotions/exclusives/warranties etc. may not be intact nor honoured by the manufacturer/distributor. Lack of the forementioned is not a valid reason for return. The auctioneer reserves the right to adjust the date of closing and/or adjust the final sale of any given auction or lot. The auctioneer also reserves the right to cancel any invoices for any reason. Osborne Auction Service LLC is excited to announce our partnership with the Greater Midland Community Center in selling all items related to the day-to-day operation of the center. The GMCC has been blessed by the Midland Community with the ability to build a new facility which will open in May. After the new facility is opened, the old 1954 buidling will be decommissioned and all usable assets sold through auction so they can be rehomed, reused or recycled. New construction has been going on while the old building continues to be in use. This catalog was processed as the building, equipment and accessories were being used to limit the impact on members' use. Now the time has come for everything to be sold through online auctioin as the old building sees it's last month of use. The transition will be quick, so your help and attention to details is important. Once the auction closes, we will only have May 11-18 for pick up by appointments (PLEASE READ LOT DETAIL FOR SPECIFIC PICK UP DATES). After this date, the building will be turned over to the demolition crew to prepare the site for a new parking lot before winter.
