Most of the time these items are in great shape and Amazon does offer them for sale as Used on the listing. After a period of time if they are not purchased. They will be liquidated. Occasionally, some of the items inside the packaging that was damaged experience some cosmetic blemishes as well. Such as minor scratches, bends, dings, or dents.
