All lots are described to the best of our ability. Emails & phone calls regarding size & condition are encouraged for the duration of the auction until 4:00 PM day of closing. Shipping: All lots will be designated as to their shipping availability either by text or shipping icon. The purchaser is responsible for shipping expenses.

Shipping is available on lots 93-150. Address is 2217 Goose Lake Road New Richmond, WI 54017. Absolutely no one is to be on the property other than on the dates & times of the open house and removal. Anyone on the property at any other times will be considered trespassing. FYI, the owner lives there.

The neighbor will assist loading large items with his tractor with loader. Please tip him for his time & fuel.
