We accept cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order. Checks must be made payable to C & C Auctioneering. All lots won need to be paid in full by Friday the same week as the auction. No exceptions. If any lot is not paid in full by Friday same week as auction, the vehicle(s) will be relisted in the next auction and sold as delinquent. If you bid and do not pay, I will leave negative public feedback and you will not be allowed to bid at any of our future auctions. Any lot won needs to be off our auction lot by Friday same week as auction. We need the room for upcoming auction vehicles. We can also sell any vehicle for you for a 12% Seller's Premium if you have a clear title. Most of our vehicles are Mechanic Leins. If they are a Mechanic Lien, we will have all the paperwork necessary for you to send or take to the BMV to receive a title. Some vehicles come with a title and key. Most of the vehicles are private property impounds so we don't have any information about them but if we do have any information, we will list that on the description for that lot. If they run and/or drive, we will try to post a video on the auction site for that vehicle.
