The restocking fee amount is equivalent to the buyer's premium on your invoice with a minimum of $5. -This sale will go online early in the week and will start to close Sunday at 10 am with a soft stagger close that gives everyone time to bid. As each lot closes if there is a bid placed on an item in the final 60 seconds the time will extend for one minute. Once the sale closes there will be immediate results! This auction will start to stagger close at 10 am Sunday PST. The items will start to soft close extending for 1 minute each time there is a bid in the final 60 seconds. PICK UP IS NOW BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! PICKUP LOCATION: 5720 Kopetsky Drive Indianapolis, Indiana 46217 (317) 772-1825 RCFA staff will load all of your items. You will be responsible for tying down your items. Pick up hours are available begining the day after the auction closes with an appointment ONLY In the email after the auction that includes your invoice will also include a link to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. Auction opens 8/16/2023 and will close THURSDAY 8/17/2024 at 7:00 PM ET BUSINESS HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! Shipping is NOT Available. Extended Auctions. In the event that any auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any extended auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such extended auction. 15% buyer's premuim and 7.0% sales tax will be added to all sales. Right after the auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium and state tax. If your card is declined, you have around 3 days to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from further bidding with our company. All items must be picked up in 14 days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and sold. There will be NO refunds for the items that are relisted and sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Refund/Return Policy: Customers have 14 days after the auction closes to alert River City Auction's local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New." All “Store Return'' and "Floor Model" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given to “Store Return'' and "Floor Model" items.

All items are like new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, non-graphic boxes.
