Disclaimer
All lots are sold "As Is, Where Is", with all faults. Swenson's Auctions and the seller do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Swenson's Auctions encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Swenson's Auctions is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. Swenson's Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Printed statements or descriptions by Swenson's Auctions staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
Software & Server Technical Issues
Swenson's Auctions is not responsible for any technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction related technologies. Swenson's Auctions reserves the right to resolve any bidding dispute by extending bidding, continue bidding, or closing the bidding. Neither Swenson's Auctions nor any company providing the software shall be held responsible for missed bids, or the failure of any software to function properly for any reason.
No Reserve
All lots will sell to the highest bidder without reserve.
No Buybacks
All consignors are prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.
Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the price for the auction lot.
Tax
The current rate for Park County, Wyoming is four percent (4%). The total high bid, including the buyer's premium rate, will be added to determine the final selling price for the auction lot.
Payment
After sale concludes, winning bidders will receive a text and email from a Swenson's Auctions Representative. If no contact has been made by 4:00 P.M. on final pickup day, your card on file will be automatically charged. A 3% surcharge fee will be added to invoice totals on ALL credit card purchases.
All buyers must pay for their purchases in full 48 hours after auction ends. No items can be removed until payment has been received by Auction Company. Swenson's Auctions accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Checks and Credit Cards.
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Swenson's Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

All personal property in this auction is available for inspection on location according to the schedule below.
Preview
All items are available Online for viewing from January 15th 2024, 5:00 PM MST- WEDNESDAY, January 31st, 2024 5:00 PM MST. The dates to view a specific item are MONDAY January 22nd & MONDAY January 29th, 2024 from 2:00PM- 5:00PM. Pickup
All items must be picked up from their current location on THURSDAY February 1st OR FRIDAY February 2nd, 2024, once Swenson's Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Items are Located at 1201 Beck Avenue, Cody, WY 82414. Look for Signs. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Swenson's Auctions. Bring your own MAN POWER!!! Items will not be released unless a receipt, digital or hard copy, is present.
Shipping
Shipping IS ONLY AVAILABLE if the shipping Icon is on the lot, then we will ship it. Buyer's Pay Shipping. Please contact us at swensonsauctions@gmail.com or at (307) 754-2297 with questions. We are selective of the items that we will agree to ship.(As Shown on HiBid with the shipping Icon) We charge $5.00 per lot transferring fee to bring the lot(s) to a 3rd Party shipping outlet. From there we let UPS handle any additional costs directly with the buyers. Swenson's Auctions suggests that potential buyers contact the the shipping outlet @ (307)527-6980 to inquire about potential costs before bidding. Firearms Purchases will only be shipped through our on site FFL to buyers FFL of choice. WE WILL NOT SHIP POWDER! Swenson's Auctions is not responsible for shipping delays or any damage caused/if any to buyer's items. Shipping to be paid by Buyer.
Auction Ending
Beginning at the stated closing time (January 31st, 2024 at 5:00 PM MST), the auction software will conclude the bidding for each item in catalog order every 15 seconds with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional two (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. Make sure bids are placed from Live Catalog page in real time & Not your watch list, the watch list does not refresh quick enough to see all open lots.
Debt Collection and Interest Charges
The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Swenson's Auctions in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Swenson's Auctions. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Park County, Wyoming.
Pickup Date(s)
All items must be removed & paid for by Thursday February 1st & Friday February 2nd, 2024, 8AM-5PM, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE,NO LATE PICKUP AVAILABLE!!!
Limitation of Liability
If, for any reason, Swenson's Auctions is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Swenson's Auctions, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
Age Requirement
All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Bidder information and Security
All registration information the bidder provides to Swenson's Auctions shall be current, complete and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Swenson's Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
Tie Bid or Uncertainty
In the event of a TIE BID or any uncertainty as to offered last and highest bid the Auctioneer has a right to resolve any such at the time by accepting the Bid that the Auctioneer believes is in good faith and was the last, highest and best bid. Auctioneer may open the bidding between the parties at his discretion and option and such decision will be final and binding on affected parties.
