Be advised that all photos and items descriptions in this auction were provided soley by the seller and not created by Ridge Crest or Ridge Crest employees. Descriptions are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. Buyer is responsible for determining condition and functionality. Ridge Crest will resolve with seller and buyer any issues of unintentional misrepresentation or errors in descriptions. Everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday Oct 25th, 2024 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Any invoices not paid by buyer by the end of posted pick up times will be automatically charged to the credit card on file including all applicable fees. The only exception to this is if the buyer has made contact and other arrangement for payment have been verified and accepted by the auctioneer. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however due to the type of auction this is there will be no sales tax charged. Please see each lot to determine if it can be shipped. If buyer requires items to be shipped they must contact the auction company by 4:00pm on Friday Oct 25th. Invoices that require shipping will be charged to the card on file on file when buyer requests shipping. Items will be taken back to the Auction Company's Facility to be processed and shipped the following week of the auction. A second charge for shipping fees will be added to the card on file at that time. Shipping fees are actual shipping cost plus a $5.00 to $10.00 handling fee depnding on size of package and packing materials used. In some case costs may be higher in order to ship items safely and securely. For local pick up everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Friday Oct 25th at 4:00pm. Pick up location is 64428 Kildare Rd, Washington Twp, MI 48095. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to.
