Pick Up dates and times that Wachter Auction & Appraisal personnel will be on the premises and with a small skidloader to help load items are as follows: 4 pm - 8pm Friday September 20 , 2024 10 am - 4pm Saturday September 21 , 2024 10 am - 4pm Sunday September 22, 2024 Buyers of items have until Friday September 27, 2024 at 6:00PM to remove their purchases after payment has been made no later than 4:00pm September 22, 2024. After which time the remaining items on the property will be considered abandoned unless further arrangements have been made with Wachter Auctions or the owners. Buyers of items considered "Large Items" by Wachter Auctions & Appraisals, such as the Large Trailers, Sea Containers and large Tractor Implements have up to two weeks to remove items. Buyer of the buildings for immediate legal disassembly can have up to but not more than three weeks (October 11, 2024) to have all items removed from the property. Any items that remain on the facilitating property of the Auction after October 11, 2024 will be considered abandoned. We have a strict "no charge back" after the transaction is complete policy. If a Bidder has a poor HiBid Bidder Score, we will not accept them into our auctions. The extension will continue until all the bids have stopped.    PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to: cancel bids and/or restrict the use of our site; refuse service to anyone at any time; add or remove items at any point in the auction; revise descriptions of the items if a change needs to be made; ban users for violating our terms and conditions; hold items until the payment has been cleared; withdraw any item and to re-offer the item at another time; resell any items that have not been paid in full by the payment deadline. In this case, items with a Reserve cannot be won until a bid has reached the Reserve price. These items will be clearly marked and identified. In the event that a picture and description do not match, the description takes precedence.
