Checkout Date/Time: Monday, Sept 25th, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.) NO shipping will be available at this auction. Within 2 hrs of the auction ending you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick up time. You MUST select your pickup time as soon as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to contact Wiegmann Auctioneers office prior to the auction ending for an alternate pickup time. All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. We understand that some merchandise may take more time to get removed. Please call our office to make these arrangements. If merchandise is NOT removed by the required date it is considered abandoned and may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer (unless you have contacted and scheduled a later date with our office). Everything MUST be out by 28th of September due to building arrangements. Successful winning bidder is responsible to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Please bring your own packing and moving supplies. You will need to bring your own tools. Merchandise is still attached or mounted to the wall. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. If you purchase large items such as furniture/restaurant equipment, please bring additional assistance/equipment as the auction company will not be responsible for providing assistance with large items. The purchaser agrees to pay Wiegmann Auctioneers a handling charge of $35 for any check dishonored by the drawee. Winning bidder agrees to pay Wiegmann Auctioneers the full amount of the winning bid amount and the buyer's premium. Bidders who have not paid by the date of the scheduled pickup will be charged through their registered credit/debit card the day of the pickup day. If the winning bidder's credit card is declined and does not pay for the winning lot(s), Wiegmann Auctioneers will report the user to Hibid. This may result in a permanent ban from Hibid. Wiegmann Auctioneers reserves its rights and remedies to recoup its fees. The appropriate Buyers Premium is applied to winning bid(s). Credit Card Convenience Fee is 3%.
