Preview: Thursday, September 12, 2024 - 4:00-6:00 PM. 119 E Main Street, Portland, IN 47371. Items will be brought to preview and removed after. SO thiis will be the only preview time. Pickup: Monday, September 16, 2024 3:00-6:00 PM Owner's name is being with held for security reasons. All Indiana and Federal laws will be followed and upheld in this auction. Wendel's Gun shop will be doing transfer paperwork. Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with the purchase of the guns. Local buyers will pick up from Wendel's Gun Shop in Berne, IN. Out of state buyers are required to ship to another FFL and complete the paperwork required with them. A valid ID will be required at pick for the local buyers and out of state buyers will have to submit one before shipping of the guns purchased. ALL FEES ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY! The transfer fee is $20/gun. If shipping is required, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. All payments must be received and cleared before any guns will be released! If shipping is required, please allow 10 business days for shipping of those guns. If you purchase other items than guns that require shipping, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees charged by More Than Mail. PAYMENTS FOR THIS AUCTION THAT IS ACCEPTED: CASH, CASHIERS CHECK (must clear before anything is released), or WIRE TRANSFER (must be received before anything is released). If you choose to do a wire transfer, that information will be provided to you after the auction. The Jeep payment will be required to be cash, cashiers check, or a wire transfer, also. Payment must clear before the title will be released. If we have to send you the title, title will be sent within 10 to 14 days, once payment is cleared. The Nylon Speedloader has been shot to make sure that it shoots correctly. The Jeep will be provided with a clear title. It is believed that the Jeep could have an electrical short that controls the locks. The driving of the Jeep is not affected by this issue. The owner of the Jeep has passed away so we are disclosing to the best of our ability.
