Dr. Ruth Kam Yung Pang of Summerside, PEI was a well-known doctor (and the first female physician at Prince County Hospital!) who became an acupuncturist after retirement. This auction features the contents of Dr. Pang's personal residence, in-home acupuncture clinic, and large outdoor garden space. It contains many unique treasures, including an elegant baby grand piano and beautiful floor harp that reflect Dr. Pang's love of music, as well as various oriental pieces and items associated with traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic practices, and massage therapy. Dr. Pang also had a love of art and gardening, as reflected by the collections of signed original artwork, gardening tools, and garden ornaments that are included in this auction alongside an assortment of vintage furniture, home decor, and household items.
