PICK UP IS SCHEDULED FOR: Thursday or Friday, Jan. 23 or 24, from 10am to 5pm ET. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - a calendar will be emailed to winning bidders. Please bring help if you purchased heavy furniture or items.
PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). Please do not bid if you can not pick up on that day! Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates will be subject to a minimum of $25. (Depending on difficulty) PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PICK-UP SITE. Any items left behind will be considered abandoned and buyer will be charged. NO REFUNDS will be issued. PLEASE bring BOXES, tools, dollies, and assistance if needed to pickup.
Shipping is available for small items only.
NOTE TO CUSTOMERS NEEDING SHIPPING FOR SMALL ITEMS: Your items will be dropped off at our shipper in Washington, IN. Graber Auctions charges $1.00 per lot to drop your items off. HANDLING COST FOR SHIPPING- There will be a $10+/- handling and materials fee per item. (additional fees may be added depending on lots that are fragile and bulky)

SHIPPING SERVICE - USPS is the preferred shipping method, however, the provider (UPS USPS Fedex) with the lowest shipping cost will be used. (Hazardous items cannot be shipped such as liquids, perfumes, ammo, chemicals, radioactive materials, compressed gases, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, lithium batteries and more).
PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING- If shipping is requested, An invoice will be sent via the Email on the invoice. This Invoice will include a URL link for payment. Payment will include both the shipping cost, materials and handling. No items will be shipped until payment is received.
(Hazardous items cannot be shipped such as liquids, perfumes, ammo, chemicals, radioactive materials, compressed gases, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, lithium batteries and more). There will be a $2.00 per lot fee charged to drop items off at our shipping company.
Deposit: In order for the Auctioneer to process your winning bid, we must have a working Visa, MasterCard or Discover associated with your account.
Photographs and Descriptions: The Auctioneer regularly posts item descriptions and photographs to aid bidders in the bidding process, and we make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs that we post accurately represent the items being offered for sale. In some photographs, multiple items may appear to be joined as a single unit, however you should not assume that a lot consists of more than one item simply because various items appear connected or are featured in the same photograph. Also understand that, on occasion, the wrong photograph may be displayed for a given item. At all times, you are bidding on items as they are described on this website, not as they appear in any photograph.

When You Have Been Outbid: If you are outbid during the course of this auction, you will be notified by email. You can review your bids at any time using the Auctioneer’s “Review Bids” feature; items on which you have been outbid will be clearly marked.
Changes in Circumstance: All aspects of this auction are subject to change without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to, at any time, add or remove items from the auction.
Winning Bids: If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item that you have won at the price you gave as your bid.
Payment: At the conclusion of this auction, the credit card associated with your account will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases.
Please note by bidding in this auction, you have entered into a legally binding agreement to pay for the items purchased with buyer's premium by the stated payment date. Any invoices not paid within the stated payment terms; will be charged a late fee of $10.00. Any unpaid accounts will be banned from our auction as well as reported to hibid and will receive a negative on their bidding account.
