All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion
* Virginia tax rate is 5.3%
* There will be a 15% buyers premium added to the purchase
* Payment types accepted USD currency, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
*All lots are available for pickup Monday and Tuesday after the auction 9am to 4pm at 2065 Virginia Ave, Bluefield VA or by appointment by calling (276)385-8686. All lots must be picked up within 7 days after closing of the auction.
*Check must clear the bank before vehicle title is distributed
*Firearms will only be shipped to an FFL in the buyer's state, and the FFL will be responsible for background checks and transferring the firearms to the buyer. Any fee's associated with this transfer will be the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your FFL to find out how much they charge to do a transfer.
*Items available for shipping with be shipped 2-3 days after the auction and buyer pays the actual shipping cost.
*Any gold items must be paid for by cashier's check. Credit cards will not be accepted for gold items.
*This is a live auction with online bidding. The auctioneer is solely responsible for determining who has the bid at any given time. When bidding on Hibid it is important to know that there is a couple second delay from the live auction to what you see and hear on Hibid.
