Online-Only Auction Bidding begins 10/14/24 @ 6PM and ends 10/18/24 @ 6PM Pickup will be following Sunday on 10/20/24 from 10AM-6PM Kitchenware - Antiques - Furniture - Pony Cart - Trike Bike Multiple different kitchen items including brands such as Pyrex, Anchor Hocking, Salad Master, Rachel Ray, Corning, Corelle, Nuwave, Fire King, Zakarian, Rival and many others. Most kitchen items look new or hardly used! Extremely nice pony cart by Raber's Carts in Mt. Hope, Ohio along with harnesses and bridles! Nice Miami trike bike! Multiple silverplated items and multiple pieces of glassware/ceramic/stoneware including Fenton, depression, crystal, Temp-Tations, The Pioneer Woman, Western Stoneware, CIC, McCoy, Fire King, Wexford Anchor Hocking and many others. Longaberger and Peterboro baskets; crystal coins; antique school books; propane range; butchers block; Tell City furniture; Lodge cast iron including large dutch oven and skillets; Wagner corn bread pan; Birmingham cast iron fish frier; area rugs; multiple pieces of tupperware and plasticware and many other nice items! Items are located in Kingman, Indiana and winning bidders will receive address through email after auction closing.
TERMS All bidders must carefully consider and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing a bid. 1. A 15% Buyer's Premium will apply to all Online purchases. Additional 5% on all Credit Card transactions. 2. The auction will begin on Monday 10/14/2024 starting at @ 6PM and end Friday 10/18/2024 @ 6PM 3. Following the conclusion of the auction the winning bidder's will receive an email regarding payment and address of location and time to pick up items. Buyers may pay for purchases with cash, check or credit card at time of pick-up. If the item is not picked up & paid for at the specified time your credit card will be charged. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. Buyers that require shipping must contact auctioneer at 765-299-3634 before end of auction. Once shipping for buyer is approved winning bidder will be contacted via telephone call and credit card will be processed at that time. 4. Declined credit/debit card transactions will be re-attempted twice. After the 2nd attempt items will be considered forfeited and may be re-sold at our discretion. 5. The winning bidder will be notified of their winning bid(s) via email. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive your email, please call the auction company (765)-299-3634 or email mcperry11769@gmail.com 6. All items must be picked up on 10/20/24 from 10AM to 6PM. If you cannot make these times please call (765)-299-3634 to make arrangements. The pick-up address will be given to the winning buyer via e-mail with their PAID IN FULL receipt. 7. Shipping: If bidder requires shipping of an item they must contact Matthew Perry Auction Services at (765)-299-3634 before the end of auction. Matthew Perry Auction Services ships third party so we cannot give you a shipping total. Matthew Perry Auction Services will charge a $10 handling fee to all winning bidders requiring shipping. Matthew Perry Auction Services does not ship any furniture, large applainces, vehicles or other "large" items. Bidders must take care to pick-up in person "large" items. 7. Buyers are required to bring their PAID IN FULL receipt received from Matthew Perry Auction Services to claim their items at the time of pick up. PLEASE NOTE: if you are sending a third party to retrieve your items on your behalf, they will need your Original PAID IN FULL Matthew Perry Auction Services receipt AND a written letter signed by you authorizing the release of your items to them. 8. All property is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Matthew Perry Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Matthew Perry Auction Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Matthew Perry Auction Services shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Matthew Perry Auction Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is, where is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Matthew Perry Auction Services is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Matthew Perry Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Matthew Perry Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. 9. Buyers are responsible for supplying any materials, equipment, or assistance needed to properly move and pack all purchased items. 10. Items not picked up by winning bidders at the given address and time (refer to item 6) will be forfeited and sold at the discretion of Matthew Perry Auction Services. 11. Please remember that outbid notifications are delayed and that when the auction is ending you may not receive your notice until after the auction has ended. 12. Matthew Perry Auction Servcies is NOT Responsible for ANY Damaged or Stolen Items. 13. DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES The bidder agrees to pay ALL reasonable attorney fees and other cost incurred by Matthew Perry or Matthew Perry Auction Services, Auctioneer, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due to Matthew Perry or Matthew Perry Auction Services, Auctioneer. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Fountain County, Indiana.

Payment Terms
Winning bidders will pay day of pick-up (10/20/24 10AM-6PM EST) via cash, check or credit card. Buyers premium of 15% will be collected at payment. 5% convience fee will be charged on all credit card purchases.
Pickup will be October 20th from 10AM-6PM EST. Winning bidders will receive email with location address after auction has closed.
