LOON ESTATES STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE TO HELP LOAD YOUR ITEMS INTO YOUR VEHICLE. Please review the pick-up schedule before bidding to ensure you are available to retrieve your items. This is a ONE DAY ONLY pick-up onsite at the estate. Any items not picked up on the designated pick-up day will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates to be disposed of at their discretion. We are unable to provide boxes, bubble wrap, or other packing materials for your items. Please bring your own materials to ensure the safe transport of your items. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS: Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of their items. Loon Estates staff are not able to help load or move large items. Bidders are responsible for bringing adequate help to safely remove their items. SHIPPING: Shipping for this auction is very limited. If you would like to have something small and non-fragile shipped from this auction, please email info@loonestates.com BEFORE bidding to confirm that we are able to ship that item. No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 19% buyers premium will with be charged to the winning bidder of each lot. Sales tax applies to the buyers premium amount. SALES TAX: All applicable taxes will be applied to every sale. Completed tax exemption forms can be provided to Loon Estates in person at pick-up, or via email to info@loonestates.com. PAYMENTS: Loon Estates accepts all major credit cards, cash, and wire transfers for payment. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.75% processing fee. Direct wire transfers are required on invoices over $5000. A valid credit card is required to bid. Unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card on file. Any items not picked up on the designated pick-up day will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates to be disposed of at their discretion.
