Terms and Conditions The terms listed below are the terms and conditions for each Estate Sales Ontario Auction. All bidders must be 18 years of age and older and that all registration information provided to Estate Sales Ontario Auction is current and accurate. 1. All lots are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no guarantees and any overall conditions that need to be noted have been as part of the description. We advise you to inspect each lot that you wish to bid on accordingly. 2. The winning bidder is responsible for their purchases and no refunds are given due to damage or loss. All lots are sold to the highest bidder AS IS WHERE IS. 3. There is a buyer's premium of 10% on all lots. 4. We accept cash, debit, Etransfer, Visa, MasterCard and HST is applied to each winning bid. There is a surcharge fee of 2.4% on payments made by charge cards. Out of province bidders will have their tax based on their province. 5. All winning bidders must pick up their items on the designated day and the winning bidder has the ability to pay for that item when picked up. Prior alternative arrangements may be approved by stating so in an email sent to list@estatesalesontario for approval. If items are picked up by someone other than the winning bidder, full responsibility goes to the winning bidder. 6. Estate Sales Ontario Auction has the right to refuse a bid on any lot and may before or during the auction remove any lot. 7. Buyers must provide all packing materials necessary for purchased items. 8. Buyers who would like their items shipped will be responsible for payment of the shipping fees charged to the credit card on file. 9. Any items purchased and not picked up will be shipped and all charges incurred will be charged to the charge card on file. Any items purchased and not picked up that are local will be charged and held in storage for one month before considered abandoned. There is a $20 fee charged per invoice for securing these items, transporting and storage. 10. Buyer shall not hold responsible Estate Sales Ontario Auction, Estate Sales Ontario Inc., their staff or the property owner of any liability during the sale, at time of pick ups. Negligence and all damages incurred to owner's property will be the buyers responsibility. 11. Estate Sales Ontario Auction is very concerned about bidders personal information gathered as part of the online auction. We do no part with any information that we hold on file on our secured website. 12. The bidder by receiving a bidding number accepts in full the terms and conditions listed.
