Everything sells "AS IS" and "Where Is". Information obtained was furnished by sources deemed reliable; however, neither the owners nor the auction company guarantees this information to be correct. All items are open to public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor. Payment is to be made to International Miniature Bullriders Association (IMBA) Trip Certificates will be mailed out following the auction. Buyer may also pickup locally at the Golden Spike Arena Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday outside of World Finals Performance times. Payment must be made by Thursday September 5th at 4:00 PM by check, cash in person, or over the phone by card(4% card processing fee) An invoice will be sent to the registered email address if you are the winning bidder after the sale concludes. By placing a bid the buyer understands that the auctioneer is acting only as an agent between the buyer and the seller and that the buyer will not hold the auctioneer Best Bid Auctions, LLC responsible for any claims that he or she may have after the auction has ended for the above item/items.
