You are responsible for moving and loading your own items. Any items not picked up on pickup days will be forfeited with the expectation of full payment and absolutely no refunds. The Seller, Morgan Riat Auctions, Foundation Realty, & Affiliates are not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries which may occur because of this auction, or the pickup of the items won. The buyer understands they will be held responsible for any damage that takes place because of them removing their items whether this be a careless act or an accident. Cash, Check, or Card are all viable payment methods. For some items the auctioneer may request certified funds such as cashier check. All card transactions will incur a 4.00% surcharge. Any returned checks will result in a $50.00 service charge and a permanent ban from all Morgan Riat Auctions events.
