A 15% buyer's premium will be added to your total if paying with a card, 10% with cash. A statement will be sent to you no later than the day prior to pick up. ***If you do not pick up your items by the the close of pick up day, and no prior arrangements have been made, your card on file will be charged the full amount.
Please Note: We we will mot have access to the home after the close of Pick up day.
