If paying by card, an additional 2% processing fee will be added to total. *By placing a bid, you authorize Seller's third-party payment processor to charge your card in the amount of your purchase plus applicable taxes and fees. Chargebacks, refund claims, or other charges & liabilities incurred by third party, seller, or provider is bidders responsibility. You have no right to assert any charge-backs against seller or service provider and will be responsible for all refunds, claims, or other charges and liabilities related to the use of your payment method. Returned deposit fees and all other bank fees will be the responsibility of bidder. --Shipping-- SHIPPING is available for this auction. All items will be shipped through a third party called Shipping Saint. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE SHIPPING COSTS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN BIDDING ON THESE ITEMS. Shipping methods include FedEx, UPS, USPS, or whatever method is best. Tyler Faulk Auctioneer cannot be responsible for loss or damage to the items during shipping. Items are insured through Shipping Saint. While we hope to get items shipped out as quickly as possible, timeframes can take up to 14 days depending on quantity of items needing shipped, auctioneers other auctions, size of items, and more. By buying an item via the online platforms, you are agreeing that you are aware of shipping terms stated in the terms and conditions. Items will most likely be shipped out within three business days but this is not a guarantee. Take into consideration size and weight when bidding on items. --Trucking-- Trucking can be arranged for machinery and equipment hauling at the buyers expense. -Bidding---By bidding on an item, you are entering into a binding legal contract. -Condition---Item condition and description: The property is sold in "as is, where is" condition and without recourse, and neither the Auction house nor the consignor makes any representation of warranties, express or implied, as to catalogue description, attribution, authenticity, provenance, origin, size, age or condition of any of the property offered for sale. This is an online auction only and you must register on one of the three bidding platforms: HiBid, BidSpirit, and AuctionZip/Invaluable platform. New registrations can be created by going to our website, faulkauctions.com and selecting the auction then hit register. Click on the "Register to Bid" tab and follow the directions. A valid credit card is required to obtain a bidder number. A $1.00 charge will be placed on your card for validation purposes only. This charge will be credited back to you. Online bid submissions are a legally binding contract, in which you agree to pay the amount you bid if you are the winning bidder. Under no circumstances will bids be edited/cancelled. DO NOT bid if you DO NOT intend to purchase. 3. Upon completion of the sale, you will receive an electronic invoice identifying lot(s) purchased and balance due. 4. The credit card you enter at the time of registration WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SALE if payment is not made. We reserve the right to charge all non-paying bidders and they will be reported to various online platforms. CC fee is 2%. 5. If bidding online, there is a 16% buyer's premium. 6. If you are unable to attend scheduled pickup time, please send someone else. If the scheduled pick up times DO NOT work for you, please contact us PRIOR to placing bids to ensure we can accommodate you. Any items that are paid for and not picked up will be shipped upon payment of shipping from buyer. Items become property of Tyler Faulk Auctioneer and considered abandoned if shipping is not paid for within 7 days. All items sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties beyond what is implied. No refunds or returns. 8. Large items such as furniture, large signs, etc. may be FOR PICK UP ONLY or private courier delivery as selected by the winning bidder or recommended local agent from Tyler Faulk Auctioneer. The buyer is free to contact any shipping company they wish, as the shipment is not limited to the agent provided by Tyler Faulk Auctioneer.
