1. General Information Welcome to our online-only auction hosted on HiBid.com. By participating in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Auction Registration To participate in the auction, you must register on HiBid.com and provide accurate personal information. Registration is free, but you must be 18 years or older to bid.
3. Bidding Process
• Bids are placed via HiBid.com and are binding.
• The highest bid at the auction’s close will be deemed the winning bid.
• Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids and ensuring their bids are placed accurately.
4. Reserve Prices Some items may have a reserve price. If the highest bid does not meet the reserve price, the item may not be sold.
5. Payment Terms
• Winning bidders will receive an invoice from HiBid.com with the total amount due, including applicable taxes and fees. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be included in each invoice.
• Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card and bank transfer.
6. Buyer’s Premium A buyer’s premium of 15.0% will be added to the final bid price and is included in the invoice.
7. Item Descriptions
• All items are sold “as-is” with no guarantees or warranties.
• Descriptions and photographs provided are for informational purposes only. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before bidding.
• The auctioneer will make every effort to represent the items within the auction as accurately as possible, including in photographs and descriptions.
8. Item Pickup and Shipping
• This is an online-only auction, there is not an option for pickup.
• Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winning bidder and will be billed on each invoice. Shipping is done in-house. Items with value over $200.00 will require signature upon delivery.
9. Cancellations and Returns
• All sales are final. No cancellations or returns are accepted.
• Discrepancies or issues with items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
10. Auction Conduct
• Bidders must adhere to HiBid.com’s auction rules and guidelines.
• Bid manipulation or fraudulent activity is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
11. Liability
• BME,LLC and HiBid.com are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the auction, including but not limited to loss of bidding opportunities, errors in item descriptions, or issues with payment.
12. Changes to Terms
• The auctioneer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on HiBid.com.
