Terms: All items sold as is where is without gaurantee, and all sales are final. All items are in used condition and may have minor surface blemishes or defects. Bidder inspection of items is encouraged. Items may be previewed in person on 8/3/2024 and 8/10/2024 in mountain view, AR by appointment. All efforts have been made to accurately represent the items in this sale but are not waranteed. By placing your bid you affirm that you have reviewed the items carefully to your satisfaction, or have chosen not to review the items personally, and intend to purchase the item in its as-is condition. Make sure to zoom in on all photos before bidding to ensure you are bidding on the items that you want. Some items are very large/heavy. Please ensure that the cost to ship these items is within the range that you are willing to pay before bidding. Once a winning bid is placed, the buyer is responsible for the item. A winning bid is an agreement to purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any and all bids at his discretion. Shipping is available on items. The auctioneer does not warranty any shipping or claim responsibility for items while they are in the care of the shipper. Buyer agrees that issues with shipping are out of the control of the auctioneer, and that all disputes regarding shipping will be between the buyer and the shipper. The high bidder will be 100% responsible for shipping charges plus a 10% handling fee. Items will not be shipped until paid in full for the high bid price plus any shipping charges. Items may be picked up in person by appointment in Mountain View, AR. Pickup times will be by appointment. All items must be paid in full before, or at the time of, pickup. We accept cash, a good check (with verifying information), or credit/debit cards. There is a $10 minimum purchase to use a card and a 4% surcharge will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions. All currencies in USD.
